Ordering Chain-Link Fabric:
When ordering Chain-Link fabric, to ensure we supply you with the correct material, please follow the below steps:

eg: 20 meters of 1800mm high, 50 pitch, 2.50mm wire, KB selvedge, PVC Black

- Standard Galvanized (W02Z) & Heavy Galvanized (W10Z).
- Polyvinyl Chloride coated wire, (PVC Coated Wire)
- Fusion Bonded coated wire
1. Standard Galvanized Wire (W02Z) & Heavy Galvanized Wire (W10Z)
Standard Galvanized Wire (W02Z) should not be mistaken or passed off for Heavy Galvanized wire (W10Z). Indicative figures from Infrabuild® research reflect a life to the onset of red rust of greater than 4 times between Standard and Heavy Galvanized coatings in low corrosion environments. In wire used to manufacture for Chain-Link Fabric (2.50mm and 3.15mm diameter) there is a differential in coating mass of approximately 200g/m2 between Standard and Heavy Galvanized Coatings.
2. Polyvinyl Chloride coated wire, (PVC Coated Wire)
*Available in standard colours of either Black or Evergreen.
3. Fusion Bonded coated wire (*Available in Black)
Black Fusion Bonded wire for applications that require a higher durability such as sporting applications and coastal environments.

Selvedge:
Chain-Link fabric is available in 3 selvedge finishes:
- Knuckle - Knuckle (KK)
The wire is knuckled at both ends and is abbreviated as (KK) - Knuckle - Barbed (KB)
The wire is knuckled at the bottom and twisted into a barbed selvedge at the top and is abbreviated as (KB) - Barbed - Barbed (BB)
The wire is twisted into a barbed selvedge at both ends and is abbreviated as (BB)
